In order to have your satisfaction, please read this after-sales service policy.
 
1. Products sold by Lumgreen within 3 years will be free of charge for maintenance as followings:

a) For the product defects occurring within two years after the manufacture date, the Supplier is responsible to provide the Customer the same quantity of products as replacement after the defective products are returned, products cost and shipping cost are at the Supplier’s expenses.

b) For the product defects occurring during the 2nd ~3rd  year after the manufacture date, the Supplier is responsible to provide Customer the same quantity of products as replacement after the defective products are returned, product cost is at the Supplier’s expenses, but shipping cost is at the Customer’s expenses .

c) The Customer is responsible to provide evidences such as photos and detailed descriptions to the Supplier to prove the products to be replaced are really defective.

d) In case of product defects occurring during transportation and found by the Customer while the shipment arrives, the Customer has the right to refuse to sign the shipment and inform the Supplier to proceed.

2. This warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the products, and does not cover any other problems as followings:

a. Improper usage or modification;
b. Spare parts or supplies are not provided by Lumgreen;
c. Hostile operation environments, or natural disaster;
d. Any defects caused by human failures during the usage of the products.
